Root & Bone Miami

I went to Root & Bone for the first time and loved the vibe. I felt the bright environment would have been even better for brunch. However, it was still nice for a ladies night.

To drink, I had the Promise Ring. I ordered it mainly because of the name, but I also liked the ingredients (Elyx Vodka, Velvet Falernum, fresh lemon, and raspberry). I thought it was good but not the best. It was strong, though!

I also had some Prosecco that hit the spot. It was ladies night after all!

For dinner, I had the Chicken Under a Brick. I thought it was well-flavored and huge. I was definitely full after devouring it.

Brussels sprouts, charred cauliflower, roasted tomatoes, goat cheese & lemon (Gluten Free)

My friends had the Barbeque Bruleed Spare Ribs and Smoky Bacon Board. Both looked like good portions and seemed to be good.

Overall, I enjoyed Root & Bone. Everything was good but nothing was out of this world.

My pants, however, are out of this world!

Until next time,

Caylin
