I ate at Layali for my birthday and really enjoyed it. It is a great spot for Lebanese food and some hookah! They also have belly dancing shows – although, I went during the week, so I did not get to see it.
To drink, I had the Passion Fruit Martini. It was a really well balanced cocktail (and visually appealing, too).

They brought out some homemade pita with a special type of salsa for us to start. It was addicting.
For appetizer, we had the Warak Jnab (Dawali) and Falafel. Both were scrumptious. The Falafel was devoured before my phone could snap a picture.
For dinner, we had the Layali Mediterranean Feast, which was recommended to us by the waiter and Yelp. It comes on fire, so 10/10 for presentation. Everything I ate from it was delicious. I did, however, get really full and was unable to finish it.
Since it was my birthday, they brought out a traditional dessert (milk pudding) and sang happy birthday to me (some more fire was involved). The dessert was interesting and not at all what I expected – it reminded me of jello.
Overall, I loved the experience. I would definitely come again – maybe next time when there is a belly dancing show.
