Brunch is a big deal – especially, in Miami. I tried brunch at Chico Malo on a Saturday (they offer brunch on Saturday & Sunday from 11AM-3PM). It is located in the fresh & ever-growing CityPlace Doral.
There are plenty of funky drink options available (including bottomless mimosas & margaritas). I had the Alebrije and thoroughly enjoyed it.
For brunch, I opted for the avocado toast. The bread was great and so was the guac, but the eggs were a tad overcooked (I do not mind that but there are others who may). Surprisingly, I was pretty full afterwards.

The restaurant was lively with music and friendly employees. It also provided cute picture spots for the gram.
