I have been to Crackers Casual Dining a couple of times now and I always enjoy it. The tropical patio layout, live entertainment, and homey Southern-inspired fare distinguishes it from all the brunch spots in the city. The relaxed atmosphere is popular among locals, understandably so.

We chose Crackers for our Sunday brunch spot because of their distinctive specials (i.e. Mango Pancakes) and consistently good dishes.

My ever-special Mother opted for the Sake Bloody Mary and she loved it. It was the first time I have ever seen/heard of adding Sake to a Bloody Mary.

For my brunch dish, I had to go with the Fried Chicken Eggs Benedict and Oh. My. God. It was incredible. The chicken was nice, juicy, and not over battered. I can’t resist a well-made Benedict.

Crackers is a unique, hidden gem in Miami Springs that you should totally check out!
