2020 Tokyo Olympics International Cuisine Project

The first & only other time I have cooked international dishes for the Olympics was for the 2016 Olympics.

It was a huge hit when I did it in 2016, but it was a lot of work. I said I would not do it again but here I am…..

This time around, I did not do it everyday of the Olympics due to going out of the town for the ending part of it.

Recipes were altered to 1) have less sugar (monk fruit sweetener was utilized) and 2) be dairy-free.

Without further ado, read below & check out all the pictures of what was done! I am so thankful for my family for being a HUGE help in getting this done, in addition to their love for the Olympics.

2020 Tokyo Olympics International Cuisine Project

Day 1: Japan

For the 2020 Tokyo Olympics opening ceremonies, Japan was a no brainer!

Day 2: USA

In honor of Team USA, we had to have a day dedicated to America! I think it was good luck because we got our first gold medal of the games on this day.

Day 3: Greece
