For my birthday, I wanted to go to Universal and dress like Fleur Delacour – so, that’s exactly what I did. Since I already had her interactive wand, I figured dressing as her would be very fitting.

Cape & hat are from Amazon. They are excellent, high-quality replicas and are currently selling for only $28.99. The dress is from Forever 21 and it is currently selling for $28.00. I got my sneakers from DSW, but I no longer find them in this color on their site.
